How It Started

We didn't start this
to build a brand.

We started this because we couldn't find ghee we truly trusted.

Like most families, we assumed "pure desi ghee" would be easy to find. But after trying multiple brands, something always felt off. The aroma wasn't rich enough. The taste didn't feel authentic. And slowly, doubt started replacing trust.

"If we can't trust something we use every day — what can we trust?"

That question didn't go away. It stayed with us. And eventually, it became the reason Kashtbhanjan exists.

So we stopped searching...
and started going back.

Instead of relying on labels and marketing claims, we went back to what has always worked. Traditional bilona method. A2 milk from desi cows across Gujarat. Slow preparation, without rushing the process.

We tested multiple sources, rejected many, and only chose what we would confidently use in our own home.
