Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our product (food items), we do not accept returns once the product is opened.

However, we are happy to help in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Leakage during delivery
  • Wrong item received

📌 Conditions:

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos/videos for verification

After approval:

  • Replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
