Due to the nature of our product (food items), we do not accept returns once the product is opened.
However, we are happy to help in case of:
- Damaged product
- Leakage during delivery
- Wrong item received
📌 Conditions:
- Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos/videos for verification
After approval:
- Replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
